Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:-Telephonic followed by Skype USC Only • Experience with AWS • Knowledge and experience with PowerShell • Experience with VMware, especially VMware APIs • Experience with customer interaction and end-user engagement Required Education (including Major): Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Systems Engineering and 4 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (technical Bachelor Degree = additional 8 years of related work experience). Description: IIS is seeking a member of Amazon Web Services (AWS) development and configuration team. This candidate would have a software development background be responsible for designing and implementing existing functionality into AWS. The candidate will have at least 5 years of software design experience and have hands-on keyboard experience in software development. Software development experience is more important than AWS knowledge. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, have an engineering mindset, and have an interest in learning "Infrastructure-As-Code", AWS, and VMware. This position may require some on call support and overtime as required for installation and troubleshooting support.
