We are an agile team comprised of senior technologists and product experts. Each team member has the responsibility to own and deliver crucial features to help grow this exciting business.    Our suite of end-user products runs on Web, Mobile, and Desktop platforms, utilizing robust client-side JavaScript. We rely heavily on open source technologies such as AngularJS, NodeJS, Spring, and Groovy. On the product and design side of our team we are fortunate to have full time designers, business analysts and  product managers who are responsible for envisioning and  guiding the build out of our product suite. This position affords the opportunity to work with all three facets of our team from technology to product and QA.   Responsibilities: 

We are seeking a strong JS/Java Developer to help us build our next generation, web-based applications. You will be working in collaborative team environment with opportunities to explore new technologies while delivering high quality tools to our end users.  

In this role you will work with Developers, BAs, Designers, Testers, Sales people, Subject Matter Experts, System Admins, and others in a cross-functional team. 

Qualifications/Skills:

·         Experience writing fast, responsive UI code.

 

·        Experience writing cross-browser and mobile CSS and JavaScript, and familiarity with differences between browsers (including mobile browsers).

 

·        Proficiency with CSS and modern CSS-generating languages and frameworks (Sass, Less, Stylus, Twitter Bootstrap, Compass, Blueprint).

 

·          Development Experience in HTML5, CSS.

 

·         Proficiency with front-end JavaScript MV* frameworks including AngularJS.    Experience with Java, Spring, or Groovy is desirable

 

 Solid ability to write unit tests for AngularJS with Karma and functional tests with Selenium.

 

·         Good familiarity with OOD and common design patterns.

 

·         Ability to build fully-functional UI prototypes driven by dummy data.

 

·         You know the right way to structure complex JavaScript on the client side for top performance.
