Position:  Regulatoty / Production Support Analyst

Location: Northbrook, IL

Duration: 12 Months

 

 

Skills:

•          Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.

•          Minimum of 5 years related business analysis experience.

•          Experience eliciting and developing business and system requirements.

•          Experience in the elicitation and formal management of requirements for multiple, concurrent technology projects. 

•          Experience facilitating meetings and discussions.

•          Ability to think analytically to identify gaps and ensure completeness of requirements.

•          Experience in the development of business process scripts and/or hands-on experience with the configuration of business applications.\

•          Candidates must understand commercial/business flow in the pharmaceutical industry.

•          Possess strong RDBMS Concepts, SQL

•          Basic Knowledge for cloud computing providers like Amazon Web Services (AWS)

•          Knowledge of Java/Websphere/Tomcat and other middleware along with basic knowledge of Unix/ Linux OS and Unix / Linux shell scripting.

•          Work or educational experience in the health care industry.

•          Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees including senior management.

•          Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

•          Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to details, and the ability to multi-task.

•        Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills and ability to effectively manage cross-functional projects.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic fast paced environment, with minimal supervision

·         Work as a support analyst will support multiple applications comes under Regulatory Submissionlike eCTDExpress, Global Submit etc.

·         Work on multiple, concurrent projects that have enterprise-wide impact.

·         To ensure a quality product is delivered that meets the business requirements, define processes and workflows as well as develop and conduct test strategies for QA, UAT, including plans and test cases
