Position : IT Security Applications Support Analyst

Location : San Ramon, CA

Duration : 12+ Months

 

LOCAL to CA only – face to face interview required

 

Job Description :

 

Top Required Skills for the job:

 

• Lenel OnGuard Enterprise

• Lenel Network Video Suite

• Axis Camera Management

• 5+ years of experience with large scale access control systems (enterprise experience a plus) as a Support Analyst

• Demonstrated experience in working with internationally based staff to deploy and support security systems which will require multiple time zone flexibility.

• Strong security analytical skills

• Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks at one time is required, meet deadlines, prioritize and work independently while producing quality work safely and reliably

• Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently

• Good written and verbal communication skills & Good interpersonal skills (Multi-lingual is a plus!)

• Ability to work with a diverse group of people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds

 

Additional desired skills:

 

• Lenel Sapphire/Ruby/Diamond/Emerald Certified (BIG Plus)

• Experience with Remedy Ticketing Tool or similar web based incident and change management tools

• Information Technology or Electrical Engineering degree or physical security certification

• Familiarity with SharePoint and other business application software upgrades and enhancements to ensure optimum alignment with audit and compliance components, including participation in system upgrades and enhancement activities

• Fargo badge printers

• IP Intercoms

• Stancil Voice Logging Recorders

• Various internally developed applications
