PeopleSoft HCM Techno Functional Consultant

Phoenix , AZ

12+ Months

·          Experience in PeopleSoft Payroll is a MUST ·          Experience in other PeopleSoft modules like Core HR, T&L, Benefits, is highly desirable ·          Data conversion and integration experience is a MUST. ·          Good experience in managing different test cycles during Project lifecycle. ·          Experience in all SDLC phases of Production Support and Development Projects. ·          Experience in Upgrade and Implementation is a plus. ·          Hands on experience with technical activities like coding, solutioning, testing, etc is a MUST

·         Manage client relationship at operational level ·         Provide techno functional SME support for all HCM projects ·         Conducting fit-gap sessions, design & solution sessions, for customer requirements

·         Status reporting to Project Manager ·         Coordinate work with offshore team ·         Good communication and client facing skills
