Max Rate: $35/HR on C2C
Job Description:
The QA process and methodologies, as well as working in a scrum-based Agile environment
• Testing JavaScript-heavy web applications using different browsers (Chrome and Firefox primarily)
• Testing RESTful API end-points
• Verifying back-end data within a database
• Utilizing authentication methods (including oAuth), cookies, session management, web security practices, etc.
• Web-based application solutions, including SaaS
• Backlog and test case management tools such as Jira or TargetProcess
• Using wikis or other knowledge management repository systems
• Manual and automated testing
• Primary role is to test code prior to production.
• Works daily with developers and designers to ensure intent is being reliably and consistently achieved.
• Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
• Three years software testing experience
• Three years experience writing test scripts and test plans
• Three years experience maintaining test data
• One year managing test plans
