Position : Production Support Service Coordinator

Location : Hartford CT

Duration : 06+ Months Contract

 

Can Submit only EAD-GC , GC And Citizen's only

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma/GED
• 5+ years of IT experience in Business Intelligence, Distributed environments and Database applications
• 5+ years of IT experience with Production Support
• Experience managing a team of 3 or more resources
• Ability to be on call on a rotation basis
• Health care experience
• Experience working with offshore teams
• Experience in ETL design, development and maintenance
• Monitor daily ETL Load and resolve data related issues
• IBM Cognos BI Custom Reports Support
• Monitor daily cube builds and resolve data related issues
• MicroStrategy BI Reporting (Development and Support)
• Strong Debugging Skills

What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?

• Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS/d)
• SSIS for SQL Server
• VB / Visual Studio / .Net (Programming in C# with Microsoft Visual Studio), ASP.NET
• Web Development with MS Visual Studio
• Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012
• Implementing and Maintaining Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Integration Services
• IBM Cognos Analytics - Cognos Analytics (v11)
• IBM Cognos 10.2,
• IBM Cognos BI Suite (Framework Manager, Report Studio, Query Studio, Transformer, Access Manager)
• SAP Business Objects
• MicroStrategy (v9.3 9.4 and 10.3)
