Daily Work Tasks:
· Gather requirements using different methodologies: interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
· Define, create and customize reports using Acumatica Report Designer and Crystal Reporting Tools.
· Analyze business needs, Acumatica functionality and the functionality of various OPWDD systems to design and document interfaces.
· Develop test plans and assist in the development of data conversion plans.
· Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
· Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements, Business Requirements Document, Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs.
· Provide strong analytical and project management skills to interpret critical business needs and translates them into application and operational requirements.
· Provide strong verbal and written communication skills and interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
· Serve as the conduit between the customer/user community (internal and external customers) and the project development team, through which requirements flow.
· Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
Job Description:
· 84 months business analyst experience. Including how to interpret critical business needs. Able to translate them into application and operational requirements.
· 24 months experience developing test plans, writing test scripts, documenting defects and assisting with regression testing.
· 24 months hands-on experience working with Reporting tools such as Report Designer, Crystal Reports, Adhoc Reporting, etc.
· 36 months experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) accounting software.
· 24 months experience programming/configuration experience with ERP software.
· 24 months hands-on experience working with Studio products such as: Visual Studio, MS Studio, etc.
