Job Description:

Key skills required for the job are:

• Overall experience of 8-10 years in Oracle Applications, with 5-6 years' experience in R12 and mainly working experience on HRMS modules is necessary.
• Strong technical knowledge in SQL & PL/SQL, Reports, Forms, XML Publisher, Unix and Workflow.
• Should have Hands-on knowledge.  
• Worked in Support projects before with prior experience in onsite and offshore co-ordination
• Develop and support Integration with third party applications using FTP and web service
• Good Analytical and strong communication skills.
• Ability to interact with IS consultants, End users and Third party consultants.
• Conduct business meeting for requirement gathering and ability to provide on-spot solutions with time estimates
• Multi-tasking between Production Support and Development project management

Good to have

• Middleware exposure
• OAF and Web ADI
• Tidal application(FTP) and PGP encryption
