Client, a managed services company based out of Vienna, VA and Draper/Ogden, UT, is currently in need of 2 BRS Engineers for a 6 month contract.
The consultant can be based out of either location.
The BRS Engineers will be supporting and managing components of the customer's transition and installation of various EMC, HP and SAP technologies, specifically EMC Avamar, Data Domain and Networker as they move off of an HP Data Protector and SAP SNAP solution.
The BRS Engineers will be responsible for monitoring the environment, generating reports & statistics, and responding to hardware failures for managed services customers.
Required Skills:
• At least 5 years of experience administering and supporting various Backup and Recovery technologies, specifically EMC Avamar, Data Domain, and Networker; HP Data Protector; and SAP SNAP.
• Background working in a 24x7 operations environment.
• Active DoD secret or higher clearance
