Job Title:                       Cyber Security Lead Consultant

Location:                       Wilmington, DE  

Duration:                       6+ Months/Contract

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• Desired Certifications: CISSP, ISSAP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, ...
• 8 years' cyber security leadership experience
• 5+ years experience managing control and governance.
• 8 years' experience mentoring engineers and analysts
• Demonstrates an understanding of comprehensive technology risk and security programs, including technologies and tools, architectures and network and application design, and policies / business aspects of risk.
• Able to assess high-level and document detailed risk reviews and control remediation programs translating business needs and regulatory requirements into cost effective and risk appropriate controls.
• Strong Written and oral communication skills experience presenting to multiple levels of management.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
• Strong analytical planning and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in the financial services industry
• Experience providing cloud implementation
