Job Overview:

 

 

Role: Sr. Data Analyst Role you find needs to have Marketing in their background as it relates to Data Analytics as they will be building models around their marketing campaigns.

 

 

Project:

 

Physician Engagement, Analytics & Data strategy

 

Help determine what marketing campaign will increase new memberships

 

Project Sponsor:

PE Analytics & Data Strategy-

 

 

Who will Consultant interact with?

Internal business managers, analytics & marketing team, membership team, and business partners (will have to be comfortable presenting to these and many other groups)

 

 

1.QUALIFICATION

 

Ideal Candidate Description

 

Senior analyst who is comfortable working independently to analyze large quantities of data.  Multi-tasker who has strong statistical analysis of data/ data science experience.  Someone who understands a marketing campaign, how its developed, and help to develop programs to analyze what impact the campaign had.  Also MUST be comfortable completing the analyses once the model has been designed

 

 

Must haves vs Nice to Haves

 

Must Haves:

•Relational database extraction, and model creation

•Data analysis

•Experience working with Marketing specific data to help the business

•Experience using SPSS or R

 

Describe role to candidates?

 

This person will be tasked with creating models and analyzing all the marketing data to determine what the most successful campaigns are to generate new members.
