Key Requirements for the Salesforce Senior Developer:

1.       Should have deep knowledge and working experience on Salesforce out of the box and apex/visualforce pages.

2.       Should be able to develop apex classes and triggers effectively.

3.       Should have fair knowledge and working experience on UI design with jquery.

4.       Should be able to understand business requirements and convert into System requirements.

5.       Should provide solutions and suggest best practices in Salesforce
