Product Design & Agile Coach
Experience:
- 10-years of IT and business/industry work experience.
- 8-years overall experience with various software development methodologies and processes.
- 3-years experience utilizing Agile Frameworks (e.g., Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban, SAFe).
- 2-years experience using product design techniques such as UX design.
- Experience with technically complex, cross-organizational, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Experience creating Agile training/workshop material.
- Established skills identifying needs, and then developing and applying strategies to address Transformation efforts.
- Ability to deliver results (Quality & Benefits).
- Demonstrated ability to be successful in ambiguous situations and a fast paced and changing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, communicate, and influence at all levels of the global organization across functions/platforms.
- Experience working with ambiguity in a fast paced and changing environment..
- Experience with account and stakeholder management.
Skills (applied knowledge and technical skills directly related to this position):
- Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Lean, Lean Startup, UX Design, Kanban, etc.).
