Minimum Requirements:
| Years | Skills/Experience |
| 8 | Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and/or FCM 9.1 or higher, People Tools 8.53 or higher, Peoplecode, Application Designer, SQL, PS Query, SQR, Application Engine, and Oracle 11 or higher, |
| 8 | Experience in PeopleSoft Security, Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) & Self-service (MSS, ESS) |
| 5 | Experience as Technical architect for HR and Payroll systems |
| 5 | Experience managing or leading technical Projects |
| 5 | Experience with AIX, Linux, Business Objects, and Data Warehouse |
| 3 | Extensive knowledge of/experience with data integration, data quality, multi-dimensional design, ETL tools, processes and methodology |
Preferences:
| Years | Skills/Experience |
| Strong | Strong interpersonal skill and the ability to collaborate effectively on diverse teams (e.g., portfolio/project managers, domain experts, users, and software engineering team) |
| 5 | Experience with Texas Statewide Systems and CAPPS |
| 2 | Experience working with Oracle/Taleo applications |
| 2 | Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government). |
