Position: Software Developer(Mongo DB)

Location: Basking Ridge, NJ

Duration: 3-6 Months Contract

 

Phone & Face to Face

​Software Developer:

Assignment:

1.     Use and enhance a MongoDB database containing temporal and spatial data.  Develop queries against that database that will populate a map based visualization GUI.

2.     Enhance a visualization client built with Javascript, Leaflet, and D3.

3.     Enhance application built with RESTful API using Python/Flask/Eve+Eve-Swagger/Flask-SocketIO.

4.     Possibly port application to Java/Tomcat

 

Required experience:

1.     MongoDB

2.     Java

3.     Javascript

4.     Python

5.     REST APIs

6.     JSON

7.     Design and development of visualization GUIs using Javascript

Desired experience:

1.     Javascript, Leaflet, and D3

2.     Flask

3.     Eve/Swagger

4.     Apache Tomcat
