Job Responsibilities (scope of role):
• Conceptualizing/modeling architecture of the customer landscape who just acquired another company
• Someone that can piece together what the overall system needs to look like
• Good experience with different technologies
• Important to understand how to model out -- what the end-state architecture needs to look like depending on acquisition
• Someone who can step back and see how big domains play with each other; for instance, how does SFDC play with the compensation system, and how does the compensation system play with HR system, etc.
• Someone who can go down to the granular level and explain the architecture as well
• Senior role working with high-level executives
Must Have Skills:
• Background with Siebel extremely helpful
• SFDC fluency important
• More Enterprise architect who has strong SFDC background, rather than a SFDC architect
Likelihood of Extensions: TBD on the success of this role, but very likely
