Need Tableau Developer at $50/hr at C2C

Tableau Developer opening in Kansas City, MO. 
Length – 3 months or more
Location  - Kansas City, MO 

 
*They will hire via Skype but work must be done on site in Kansas City*
 
-          3+ years Tableau development experience – NOT AN ANLYST
-          strong experience with SQL Queries
-          They are moving from Oracle to Tableau  and also converting complex SQL queries to Tableau
-          Experience with claims data, so someone from the insurance industry  or health benefits experience would be ideal
Tableau Development experience including complex dashboard design, data handling, and impactful visualizations 
Experience writing queries and cleaning, combining, transforming and navigating data through SQL Server Management Studio 
Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL, Star Schema, Snowflake, data modeling experience using Normalization, Business Process Analysis, Reengineering, Dimensional Data modeling, FACT and dimensions tables, physical and logical data modeling
Extensive knowledge in various reporting objects like Facts, Attributes, Hierarchies, Transformations, Filters, Prompts, Calculated fields, Sets, Groups, Parameters etc., in Tableau.
The other thing that we would like, but can never find is:
Previous experience working with claims data, CPT codes, and ICD-9 and 10 codes.
 
 
 Notes:
·         They would like an experienced developer that won't need a lot of training on Tableau report design.  
·         It's an immediate need and they're hoping to get someone on board within the next couple of weeks.
