Title: QA Tester

Location: Wayne, PA

Duration: 6 months +

Rate : $45/hr.

 

MUST NEED PASSPORT COPY AND QTP AND SELENIUM EXP.

 

Most important for the for the role:

• Agile/Scrum
• Automation Testing
• QTP (Selenium would be good to have)

 

Description:

Our client is seeking a QA Tester with experience working on a Scrum team.  You will be involved in user stories development, working alongside Developers and Product Owners.  You will be responsible for developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications for up to moderately complex projects.

 

Key Accountabilities:

• Participates in test planning, writing test cases/ test scripts, test execution and test automation.
• Tracks quality assurance metrics (e.g., defect counts, test status, test results).
• Documents all issues and assists in their resolution.
• Participates in the internal quality consultation provided to business or technical partners.
• Records and reports on defects discovered during the QA and UAT testing phases.
• Suggests and implements process improvements for Quality Assurance and testing processes.

 

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Strong Automation Quality Assurance and Testing experience. Selenium
• Experience working with Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of automation is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other software.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills.
