I am in search for a highly skilled SQL/T-SQL with experience in Data Modeling (normalize vs. denomalize) in their previous position that has EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION.

Experience in writing advanced SQL queries, views, and optimization of SQL queries.

Comprehensive Knowledge of Data Modeling Concepts including Transaction dimensions, conformed dimensions and facts, slowly changing dimension, multi-Star/ Snowflake Schema Modeling, different types of Fact tables.
