Duration :- 6+Months
Job Description:
6-9 years' experience with deep technical and functional experience with Java/J2EE and Spring (MVC) and E-Commerce modules
With background on developer test automation & build management (like Jenkins).
Any background on SSO is a plus.
Should be into leadership role from past 1-3 years.
Able To understand and meet business needs, review and recommend specialized technical design. Translate business needs and product vision to robust solution.
Proficient Java/J2EE technologies. Experience in designing and developing highly scalable web applications
Hands on working experience in Websphere 6 and above and designing multi-threaded application.
Trouble-shooting performance issues and solutioning. Front end technologies like Java scripts, JQuery, HTML 5.0.
Knowledge of RDBMS and using Oracle 10g or higher, MS SQL server.
Recommend engineering best practices, including use of design patterns, code reviews and automated unit testing
Contribute and work hands on in all spheres of a project right from conceptualization, requirement gathering, fit gap analysis, design, development to production implementation and support
Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills
Independent / go-getter attitude, well-versed with new evolving technologies in application development landscape and be able to define how some of them can help in improving the work.
Has working experience in dual-shore model.
