·         Should have minimum 7-10 years of overall experience in IT.

·         Should have minimum 1-2 years of Hands-on experience in OpenSpan tool.

·         Should have experience of end to end implementation of 1-2 projects using OpenSpan

·         Should have strong communication skills

·         Should have experience of working with offshore/remote team
