| Job Title: SAS Programmer(USC or GC only) Location: Charlotte NC
Job Description:- This position is responsible for modeling complex problems, discovering Institute insights and identifying opportunities through the use of statistical, algorithmic, mining and visualization techniques. In addition to advanced analytic skills, this role is also proficient at integrating and preparing large, varied datasets, architecting specialized database and computing environments, and communicating results. · Recommends and develops SAS code to create system, process and data efficiencies · Administers CRM system for design and customization while proactively exploring new system functionality to enhance the user experience as the roadmap for CRM evolves and becomes more widely instituted throughout the company · Develops, design and implements market segmentation reports for the residential, commercial and major account markets · Evaluates and analyzes market research data and studies to ensure the timely adjustment of company strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions · Performs mathematical/statistical analyses/modeling and formulates data trends and/or correlations · Works independently to research and analyze but also interact with other analysts within the department as well as other functional areas of the company · Effectively controls marketing research projects and takes corrective action so that corporate objectives are achieved within designated budgets · Maintains communication with customer facing personnel, fostering open communication and continuing an exchange of product, promotional and marketing ideas · Recommends and designs ongoing process improvements, development, implementation and support/troubleshooting as subject matter expert of multiple systems for use by customer service, sales and marketing personnel that are essential to meeting the company's strategic customer experience, sales and marketing objectives · Recommends research strategies and explores new BI tools, as well as ways to use current BI and statistical tools such as SAS Required Qualifications: · 3-5 years of SAS programming experience |
