Summary Description: Cloud Identity and Access Management consultant will fundamentally change the way Wyndham Hotel Group access management is established for AWS environments. The candidate will apply their experience building reliable, scalable, data driven process automation for managing user access life cycle for AWS console.
We are creating AWS based cloud offering that will be candidates primary focus with integrations into OKTA for identity management, RSA for Multi Factor Authentication and Sailpoint for user access request management with roles and entitlements including recertification meeting Wyndham compliance guidelines.
Essential Job Functions:
Assist with IAM strategy, roadmap and vison definition, lead AWS Cloud IAM application architecture and technical design. Assist with IAM vendor tool product integration recommendation. Lead Cloud IAM work stream, phase, or release of IAM delivery project as functional lead. Lead AWS Cloud IAM integration with Okta and Sail point plan, analyze, design, build, test, deploy activities for enterprise and end user facing deployments, Contribute to develop of point of views, knowledge capital, digital content management and publishing. Build working relationships with corporate IAM product development and engineering teams. Minimum 5+ years of experience with planning and implementing IAM capabilities, including: Identity Governance & Administration, Access Management & Federation, Directory Services, Identity as a Service (IDaaS), experience implementing packaged or custom IAM solutions, including but not limibted to Oracle, Okta, SailPoint, RSA, PingIdentity. Ability to lead a team or developers, testers and business analyst. Experience with custom development or IAM solutions using AWS integration technologies, Python, Java/EE, JSON, SAML, XACML, SCIM.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
2. At least 5 years architecting and developing AWS- based applications. Developing and maintaining applications written in Amazon S3, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, AWS CloudFormnation, IAM roles and policy management
3. Source code management tools such as Git
4. Skilled in high level programming language such as Java.
5. Skilled in HTML/CSS, JSON, REST, HTTP, Python, Java/EE, SAML, XACML, SCIM
6. AWS certification a plus.
7. Hotel industry experience a plus
These are functions which are ancillary to the job, and may be assigned to others if necessary. Most functions that account for only a small part of the job are considered non-essential.
- Actively Participate in data design sessions
- Assist the Software Development Manager with Team building activities – Recruitment, Coaching etc.
- Provide status reports
- Create / Contribute to project estimates
- Accurate and Timely time-tracking
6. Experience working on large cross functional projects.
7. Must be able to communicate effectively and build solid relationships with individuals at all levels, in multiple geographies and business functions.
8. Excellent oral and written communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.
9. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
10. Strong hands-on experience in development in the AWS cloud environment, SAML based SSO and industry standard integrations for Identity and Access Management.
11. Knowledge in development languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby etc.
