The Big data - Sr. Developer shall have:
· A minimum of 12 years experience in programming , DWH concepts, Enterprise Java/J2EE technologies , LINUX and :
· A minimum of 5 years big data/Hadoop platform in addition to Expertise in the following skill set:
Please don't submit resources on H1b with only less than 7 years of US experience..
1. Core competency is HADOOP - HDFS, hive, HBASE, map-reduce.
2. Key concepts/technologies that the resource shall have expertise in :
1. Linux
2. Java or Scala development
3. Spark
4. Kafka
5. Kerberos
3. Hands on experience writing enterprise Java or SCALA applications against the Hadoop infrastructure.
4. In addition to participating in the development effort, resource will act as a mentor to staff developers new to modern Big Data technologies like Spark.
Additional Skill set:
1. Shall mentor other Sr. Developers on Big data platform
2. Experience on structured and unstructured data analysis
3. Excellent communication skills
