Position:- SAP CRM Consultant
Location:- Draper, Utah

· Candidates MUST have SAP CRM experience.
· TDA is currently using version 7.0 and will be upgrading to the 7.0 enhancement pack this year - Candidates who have the enhancement pack upgrade experience are highly desired, but it is not an absolute requirement.
· There are a lot of different SAP modules, so please make sure that your candidates have CRM specific experience, I don't want to see resumes that do not have a significant amount of CRM experience.
· Candidates must have experience working on new enhancements, and have support experience of SAP CRM
· CRM UI experience comes along with the coding backgrounds that these candidates will have - if candidates have experience with SAP CRM they will have this experience.
· Manager's team is small - 8 people. 7 of whom sit in Utah and 1 person sits in Dallas. All of the Business end users sit in Utah, which is why his team is located there. Candidates must be ready to hit the ground running and work independently
Responsibilities:
· Participates in client interactions, possibly with SAP functional team members and SMEs, to understand business requirement and design technical solution.
· Apply innovation, creativity and improvement to existing business processes and implement technical/procedural improvements.
· Stay current with SAP technologies and industry best practices to ensure proper utilization of these in development.
· Works within established procedures to develop, test, implement, and maintain SAP applications.
· Work with and mentor other members of the Development team providing cross module training and some on the job training for other members of the team.
Required Skills:
· 8+ years SAP ABAP programming experience with minimum 4 years of SAP CRM Web UI development experience.
· Project Implementation experience with Web UI enhancements in sales.
· 2 to 3 years' experience with CRM BSP Component Workbench.
· 2 to 3 years' experience with CRM BOL / GENIL programming, AET & Action Profile.
· Experience in SAP CRM 7.0, EhP1, EhP2 and ECC 6.0 FI and SD Modules.
· Experience in SAP Workflow, Interfaces, Enhancement framework and CRM Middleware configuration/development.
· Familiarity with CRM sales business processes and configuration.
· ABAP Objects or Java Programming experience is preferred.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
· Proven experience working on all phases of a project from design through implementation and support.
· Must be well organized and self-motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision.
· Strong verbal/written communication skills.
· Ability to work with others in a team environment.
