• Work closely with System Admins, Product owners and NOC Technicians
  
• Act as lead triage agent in Application Support for internal product and numerous 3rd party applications during outage events
• Taking ownership of Operations and Infrastructure service requests
  
• Lead on technical Systems tools and utilization.
  
• Monitor automated systems and branch systems
  
• Support software deployments through completion and ensure the systems are up to date on patching and vulnerabilities.
• Monitor all core systems to maintain system up time
  
• Designing and implementing processes to ensure high
