Position: Project Manager
Location: Mountain View, CA
Duration: 12 Months
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
Manages and oversees overall supply chain operations, including purchasing and inventory of materials as well as selection of vendors
Makes recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations
Coordinates and resolves issues regarding existing and new products
Interacts with customers globally to ensure that all requirements are being met
Work closely with Engineering, Test, Product Management (PM) and joint development manufacturing partners to define these requirements.
Play a key role in ensuring that platform requirements are captured, managing cross-functional communication and technical dependencies with other Google teams, creating and driving the overall schedule, identifying and mitigating risk at all stages, and defining the overall rhythm and meeting touch points between teams.
Requirements:
5 plus years experience in supply chain management within consumer product or semiconductor industry
5 plus years experience with bill of material systems such as Agile/SAP
Extensive knowledge of coordinating all of the entities involved in a supply chain.
Advanced level excel (Macros, Vlookup, Formulas)
Proficient in English
