Role : SAP Lead Project Manager
Location : St. Paul, MN
Duration : 6+ Months

Job Description:
· Lead project management efforts that enable transformational activities for global processes including build, test and deployment functions, support governance and implementation planning
· Partner with IT and the Business Process Owners and Business Leadership on the design, build and execution of projects
· Collaborate with the Architecture, Engineering, Development and Infrastructure teams to arrive at successful implementation and transition of capabilities
· Partner with the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to engage in best practices
· Partner with the primary System Integrator in a two-in-the-box model, representing internal CHS thought-leadership and voice
· Collaborate with CHS United SAP team to support QDA-SAP interface implementation
· Collaborate with the Quality Center of Excellence for testing in order to ensure that the systems are in compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and follow the project management release guidelines
· Provide timely and concise communications to technical leads as well as IT and business leadership regarding status and pending issues
· Partner with internal and vendor team leads to develop estimates and coordinate project schedules
· Other: attention to detail, can self-organize and take the lead, ability to work in stressful situations, results driven with flexibility to do what needed with comfort in authoritative decision-making
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, Business Administration or related field of studies
· Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
· Experience with different tools for data conversion and testing
· Experience in agricultural manufacturing, retail and service-based industries
· Experience working with different vendors and managing resources in different geographical locations
· Experience handling mergers, acquisitions, business consolidations and divestitures
· Indirect management of a strong matrix project team consisting of full-time and contracted resources
· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team comprised of different personalities at various organizational levels
· Ability to communicate at and to various organizational levels utilizing traditional channels (print, electronic, and visual via email, status, and reporting)
· Knowledge of ASI Datamyte's QDA software, LIMS production module, or other quality assurance and lab analysis/information management software
· Knowledge of Microsoft Project, including Project Server 2013
Knowledge of and experience in SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation and business support to include:
· Experience of one full implementation cycle
· Experience in large, global ERP implementations
· Experience with B2B and EDI solutions
· Knowledge of and experience in SAP Project Systems and Project Portfolio Management (ASAP methodology)
