· Portfolio, GitHub (or other open-source account), list of published work
· Familiarity with source control systems (knowledge of git and subversion)
· Java 6.0 & 7.0 (nugget), JavaBeans and JSON
Almost must know: Retro fitting code or dependency injection
· From a feature standpoint, the client's mobile app is not doing well. The client is looking for SOMEONE who can fix bugs – be able to say where you've done it, what steps do you take when you look at someone's code, etc. Certain programming steps they must be familiar with: Retro fitting code or dependency injection = if they don't know either of these, , RULE THEM OUT!!!
About the App: Petsmart recently released their first app which allows users to book all of their core services such as: grooming, training, vet appointments, boarding, etc. They also include pet friendly places around you such as restaurants, hotels, etc.
