We have a complex SW licenses on every piece of equipment we've sold to the installed base which controls all the extra cost features and upgrades on our tools.
Role SW Key Administration Project Engineer
Job Description:
- Provide admin support to the SW Key website to ensure timely turnaround of field issues
- Primary owner for database updates to ensure keyed products and features are available on the website
- Support technical effort to simplify keys through feature grouping etc.
- Maintain SW key procedures and certification training
- Ensure policies, procedures and FSE certification programs are current
- Member of cross-functional team managing and improving software keying process
- Identify areas of improvement in the keying business process and help to develop and implement solutions
- Investigate failures of SW keys to determine root cause and identify potential solutions
- Contribute to specifications for software keying systems to meet business requirements, and/or design details of system requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: BA/BS in software engineering or computer science preferred.
- Minimum experience: NCG up to 5 years applicable experience; some experience in IC manufacturing helpful.
- Demonstrated engineering project management skills, including cross-functional background.
- Should have strong project management, organizational and communication skills.
