Technical /Functional Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ IT or equivalent work experience
• 8 or more years' experience coding and documentation protocol as well as unit testing, change management and release procedures
• Experience 8 - 10 years minimum with WebSphere Studio Application Developer (Rad 6.0 or Eclipse 3.0), J2EE, EJB, JMS, MQ, XML Web programming, STRUTS
• Experience using SQL or similar query language for DB2 or UDB
• Google Analytics ( Required)
• Web service triaging
• Websphere application server 8.5
• Websphere Portal server – 8.5
• Experience working with Use cases, Object Oriented Analysis, Design models and Design patterns
• Knowledge of Spring framework
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using SOAP
• Frameworks e.g. – JSF, Spring, Hibernate, MyBatis
• Web Service development
• Messaging systems (WebSphere MQ)
• SQL / PL SQL or similar query language for DB2, Oracle
• Java( J2EE), Drupal, SQL/MySQL
• Production Support Experience
• Experience of tools like – Eclipse,RAD, TOAD, SVN, Clearcase, Checkstyle etc.
• Unit testing frameworks – like use of Mockito, NG etc.
• Creation and maintenance of database objects e.g. Procedures, Packages, Triggers, Constraints
• Healthcare / Insurance domain knowledge
• Concepts of using Agile Methodology
• Onsite/ Offshore coordination
• Available to work in shifts ( 2 – 11 PM ET)

• Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Proficient communication skills both verbal and written

• Leading and Mentoring both Onsite and Offshore
• Creating Project Plan and Track status
• Handling Customer communications and Management reporting

2) Develop system level DVP's and DFMEA's & Support HIL & Vehicle Testing
3) Perform system level (Vehicle Level) Requirement Development by referring to Bulletins from Vehicle Platform Team
4) Develop System level Design Verification Plan & DFMEA
Roles & Responsibilities
Powertrain CFTS Development
1) Requirement Analysis and Requirement Reviews,
2) Build requirements documentation from given functional objectives
3) Develop Component Functional Technical Specifications (CFTS) document for assigned features and conducting design reviews
4) Develop system level DVP's and DFMEA's & Support HIL & Vehicle Testing
5) Perform system level (Vehicle Level) Requirement Development by referring to Bulletins from Vehicle Platform Team
6) Develop System level Design Verification Plan & DFMEA
7) Issue reporting and tracking; configuration management
8) Documentation
