Lead Java Developer required in WI

Hi,

POSITION

Lead Java Developer

Oconomowoc, WI

1 + year

 

Java J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, CSS3, HTML5 is the technical skill set and we are looking for solid skills!  Must be able to design, lead, code review, test.

Further- needs to have DIRECT experience in onshore/offshore model, ideally leading a team offshore from onsite, or at LEAST participating with strong ability to step up into role.
