Job Responsibilities:
· This position is needed to provide an opportunity to an individual who has substantial knowledge and experience working with SalesForce.com implementations.
· The Individual Life business has multiple instances of SalesForce.com and this position will allow a qualified candidate to impact and influence the current and future states of these implementations.
· Administer setup, customization and configuration including but not limited to the following: standard and custom objects, data management, reports and dashboards, workflows and alerts, SalesForce1, and user and security settings.
· Support the day-to-day running of the business within SalesForce which includes interacting with business users, technology partners, and sourcing partners.
· Coordinate production releases, working towards an Agile delivery methodology.
· Responsible for overseeing production support to existing SalesForce.com instances by troubleshooting with IT/Systems and Salesforce.com, including managing issue resolution and performing root cause analysis.
Job Requirements:
· Exposure to one or more related technologies such as DataStage (ETL), MapAnything (Geographic mapping software), SalesForce1 (mobile), Tableau (Business Intelligence software), Visual force, Apex. Agile/Scrum experience.
· Completion of SalesForce.com Certified Administrator exams, Sales Cloud and Dev certification a plus.
