· Our client is seeking a hands-on Data Management and Insights Solution Business Solutions Analyst to develop solutions for the Revenue Lifecycle Management operations business.
· The selected candidate will engage with our business and operations teams from initial project definition through to project completion and will engage on multiple projects. Primary responsibilities will include the development of reporting and analytical solutions and documentation, as well as some light application updates to enable such solutions.
· Deliverables include Salesforce reporting and dashboard solutions and documentation, light application enhancements, and custom analysis. The results of your work will allow the streamlining of the reporting operations and enable the generation of new insights that will allow the client to transform the Revenue Lifecycle Management business.
Qualifications:
· 6 to 7+ years of experience as a Consultant or Business Analyst working with Salesforce or CRM/ERP environment.
· Salesforce Admin Certification highly preferred
· Strong Salesforce experience in creating Reports and Dashboards
· Experience with tool/platform configurations (e.g. security/sharing, object creation and definition, workflow and validation, approval processes etc.).
· Must be able to work as a team with other business analysts, business team members and technical team. Candidates must have work experience in dealing with senior members of the business team.
· Candidate must have experience in IT project requirement gathering, deployment and implementation.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be a must to succeed in the role.
