Mode of Interview:  Telephonic+ Face2Face     Strongly prefer someone who has Financial Industry experience   Immediate start Key items: Software implementation project experience, working in a PMO, financial industry experience, experience leading global projects (smaller to mid size) *Replacement position; I'm the only vendor working this role. Candidates already submitted: Sonia Martin-Ahmed, Frank Nagi, Randy Moan, Corky Henderson, Jeannine Rutledge, Mark Martinez, Frank Gondorchin, Ted Antle (they were submitted in the last round; need a fresh crop of  candidates)   Key skills include leading software implementation projects and having working knowledge in the Financial Services industry.   The Project Manager position provides the leadership and execution of internal and external projects ensuring scope and alignment are maintained. This role will be expected to work effectively with internal and external leaders and key stakeholders, understanding their challenges, formulating creative options, and implementing solutions that will meet the needs of all partners. Determine project scope and timeline for all deliverables Project proposal scoping/writing and presentations Successfully set and manage expectations and proactively address issues as they arise Manage all aspects of one or more mid to large projects to ensure successful completion of all deliverables on time and within budget The ability to break complex problems into achievable tasks and milestones is critical Work as liaison between business and technology teams Required Skills: Main point of escalation contact on mid to large projects - demonstrated superior, advanced client relationship and issues resolution skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagement project teams and relationships Experience working in a PMO desired 5+ years (minimum) Project Management experience Demonstrated experience managing software implementation projects Experience leading global projects Financial Services experience strongly desired PMP certification a plus
