POSITION: Perforce Build & Release Engineer

 INTERVIEW: Phone than Skype  Interview

LOCATION: Mountain View, CA

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for software builds and releases
• Maintaining and enhancing the continuous integration environment
• Developing tools to help automate build release processes.
• Evaluating and adopting new tools to improve build release processes.
• Automating the install and upgrade process and deploying it in QA and other test environments.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years Release/Deployment/Application Engineering Experience.
• 3+ years' experience developing and automating solutions directly related to Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery
• Experience utilizing Build COP.
• Experience using Perforce Version Control platform.
• Strong coding experience with Python and PowerShell.
• Experience with Team Foundation Server, Jenkins, Chef/Ansible, Perforce, Jira.
• Experience with Java, Tomcat, and IIS.
• Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS/Openstack)
• Extensive experience working with Windows and Linux platforms.
• Experience with Branching Strategies and Methodologies.
• Experience working with Virtualization (HyperV, VMWare).
• Experience working in and supporting an enterprise ecommerce environment
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as innovation and creativity.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Strong collaboration skills
• Experience working independently, as well as in a team environment, proactively driving initiatives and work tasks meeting agreed delivery time lines
