6.3 64 bit Java application version
6.4 Windows 2008 R2 and Windows 2012
6.5 Windows Client versions 7 and 10
6.6 Firefox, IE and Chrome browser configuration
6.7 Microsoft SQL 2008 R2, Oracle Database 11g R2, Oracle Database 12c R1
6.8 ASP.Net
6.9 .NET Framework 3.5 SP1.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
The contractor shall perform the following tasks as needed Contracting Office Representative (COR) and the ECM Team:
· ODC Upgrade - Install and configure, including:
o Install WebLogic, managed server and database,
o Configure server and user workstations/clients
o Configure security
o Configure file metadata elements
o Configure email indexing configuration
o Configure Workspace
o Build custom Java code if needed to mimic current macro,
o Configure logs alerts
o Configure new Firewall requests (if necessary), and Testing.
· Forms Recognition Upgrade - Install and configure, including:
o Configure IIS Server and Application
o Create database schema
o Update and execute appropriate database scripts
o Update project configuration, e.g. *.sdp and *.ini files, as appropriate
o Update coded user exit classes
o Confirm template classification engine
o Install the FineReader 11 OCR engine
o Update license file, project file code
o Configure tools, project and batch for database and application modules
o Configure designer project, Configure Run-Time Services
o Configure web verifier settings on server and user workstations/clients
o Configure extracted line item exceptions and vendor search functionality in verifier, including adding additional fields to the outgoing files
o Configure script and batch migration from file system to financial system and WebCenter Content and Imaging,
o Implement new requests (including field restrictions and validation)
o Define new output state (succeeded failed)
· Training from the individual for the following user types:
o System Administrators
o Document Managers
