•Extensive experience architecting, designing and developing microservices •Experience building complex, distributed, fault-tolerant, microservice based platforms •Knowledge of concurrency desired for increasing performance and scalability of systems •Experience with J2EE technologies, XML etc., hands on development and design experience •Experience with NoSQL/Cassandra databases •Experience in designing and implementing distributed data structures with microsecond response for writes •Strong problem solving skills and the ability to make hard trade-off decisions through prototyping and experience •Experience working with and mentoring developers onshore and offshore
