Position: Sailpoint IdentityIQ  Developer

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Duration: 12+months

 

Responsibilities 

Need a developer & administrative resource to assist with production support, new development, as well as an upgrade of Sailpoint to latest version of the software.   Resource also needs to lead development tasks to complete automated application access provisioning, role base provisioning, access re-certifications, etc.

• Design, develop, Implement, manage and maintain Sailpoint IdentityIQ changes
•         Onboarding new application to the IDM suite by architecting solutions to address all application requirements.
•         Perform database upgrades
•         Setup LDAP authentication migrated users.
•         Troubleshoot issues with the applications and participate on problem management meetings
•         Adhere to change management processes as well as other SOPs or global policies as required
•         Plan and execute product upgrades released by the vendor.
•         Remediate audit findings from audits and support ATO efforts
•         Performance analysis and tuning
•         Develop performance metrics and KPIs.
•         Apply patches and service packs released by the product vendors and implement through lifecycle environment (DEV, QA, PROD)
•         Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical solution into actionable business outcomes
•         Working with technical and business teams in developing solutions
•         Familiar with multi-forest, multi-domain environments

• Mentors lower level associates, performs other duties as assigned.
• Develop and maintain documentation and processes in support of SailPoint IDIQ upgrades
•         Conduct peer review/knowledge transfer sessions with designated NGS IT Resource(s)
•         Adhere to various reporting requirements, i.e. status reports, time reporting, etc.
•          Demonstrate professionalism while working on NGS assignments
•         Ability to communicate ideas to non-technical NGS personnel
•         Strong written and communication skills
•         On-call & production support duties

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Mathematics or Business Administration preferred
• Must have supported at least 2 upgrades of SailPoint IdentityIQ versions, one including the latest version of Sailpoint
• 5-7+ years of experience in operations and maintenance of Identity Management solutions using one or more of the following products: SailPoint IdentityIQ or Sun IDM, Oracle IDM
• Experience designing and developing  J2EE/Java Applications, LDAP, IT Security and Auditing, Policy based Access Controls, Single Sign-On, Network Monitoring and management, Java, Perl and Shell scripting and system administration
• At least 5 years' experience in support/operations of custom workflows, connectors to LDAP, RACF and custom connectors
• Expertise in relational databases and SQL; Understanding of the IdentityIQ database schema.
• Experience managing IdentityIQ in a federal government environment is desirable
• 5-7+ years of Java development experience, C++, VB Script, Batch, UNIX Shell Script, Perl, Jython, HTML, XML, XSL
• Databases: Microsoft SQL 2008, 2012, 2014
• Web Servers: Tomcat, Apache
• SKILLS: Excellent analytical, PC and problem solving skills required.   Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills required.
