NEED LOCAL TO MICHIGAN FOR FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW

Position: Lead Core Java Developer

Location: Ann Arbor, MI (MUST BE LOCAL TO MICHGAN – On site interview ****************************

Duration: Long term contract

INTERVIEW: FACE TO FACE

RATE: $65/HOUR C2C

 

MUST HAVE'S:

Skill Level:

-           10 years or more

-           Open to Leads (architect level)

 

COMMUNICATION & TEAM FIT

•           They have a strong TEAM-DRIVEN culture, and are looking for the same values in this candidate

•           Dynamic personality & Technology ENTHUSIAST

 

TECHNICAL MUST HAVES

•           LEAD-Level understanding of Core Java 1.6 & 1.7 (1.8 is strongly preferred)

•           LEAD-Level understanding of Spring Framework

•           LEAD-Level understanding of WRITING REST & SOAP web services

•           Testing Frameworks: Behaviour-driven testing frameworks (e.g. Cucumber), Integration-testing (e.g. Selenium, SOAP UI), Continuous Integration (e.g., Jenkins)

•           Agile experience (preferably TDD)

•           ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED, START-UP LIKE CULTURE

o          Continuous improvement

o          Resourceful

o          Does not need hand-holding

o          Fast, sharp programmer

 

Other Relevant Skills

•           E-Commerce domain experience (high transactions preferred)

•           Internationalization experience

•           Maven, Jenkins, HazelCast, GIT

•           JSON, XML

•           TDD methodologies, such as JUnit, Mockito, TestNG

•           JMS queues, JDBC

•           SQL Server
