1. 4+ years of hands on experience in MS Dynamics Great Plain Experience.

2. Immense abilities to:
    a) Prepare functional specifications and configure GP financial modules
    b) Configure MS Dynamics GP systems and implement business process re-engineering

3. Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills.

4. Good communication skills and be able to facilitate meetings with Leadership Team Executives.

6. Should be able to capture business requirements and implement in MS Dynamics GP and be able facilitate UAT with end users.

5. Certification in MS dynamics GP would be a plus

6. Energy Trading background would be a big plus.
