Looking for an Informatica ETL Developer to provide development and production support in the areas of data extraction and manipulation, by developing extracts, cubes and aggregating data to support data marts, data mining, data visualization and user driven ad hoc reports and data requests. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience (5+ years of experience) with ETL/BI development using Informatica as well as experience developing and creating ad hoc reports. Candidate will need to be able to work in a team environment and possess excellent communication. Contract will be in Carmel, IN and the candidate will be expected to be onsite for the duration of the contract.
Essential Capabilities and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain ETL, report, and system documentation to facilitate troubleshooting.
Provide direct ad hoc reporting and data analysis and data expertise for our customers.
Troubleshoot data issues and software defects with ETL and reports.
Develop SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and calculate information.
Technical Capabilities – Proficient with the following:
Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform and Loading) tools (i.e. Informatica) – must have
SQL, SQL-Plus, and scripting languages
Experience with Business Process tools (i.e. Business Objects) – a plus
