JOB DESCRIPTION ::

 

• Certified SCRUM master
• 3 – 5 years' experience as SCRUM master
• 5+ years application development experience in Agile .NET environment
• 1 – 2 years' experience as AppDev Team Leader in Agile environment (teams of 5 or greater)
• Experience in full lifecycle Agile team development
• Experience in educating and mentoring business clients in SCRUM concepts
• Very good communication, documentation and planning skills
• Experience in managing vendor application development teams
• Experience in building multi-tiered custom application solutions in a .NET environment
• Desired
• Experience in .NET best practices
• Experience in .NET and SQL Server stored procedure code reviews
