Technical/ Functional Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Gather business requirements, interacting with cross-functional departments to translate concepts to create a fully defined requirements process.
• Preparation of standardized documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversees end-to-end requirements, design, build and development of all applicable workflows and capabilities from conception to implementation.
• Analyzes and documents business requirements and ensures systems requirements and project plans are in alignment with business needs.
• Defines business process scope and objectives as well as detailed business requirements and works with IT partners to translate into systems requirements.
• Works through complexities associated with the coordination across multiple areas with conflicting efforts and limited resources.
• Identify persistent problems, working with wider teams and create documentation.
• Communicate business priorities and requirements to the technology organization for design and implementation, in order to drive effective business solutions.
• Works with test team to ensure the testing results correspond to the business expectations.
• Maintains effective communication with management and project teams.
• Accountable for understanding and communicating accurate business requirements to IT partners and ensuring technical specifications accurately reflects business needs.

Validation of ARISg (AEGIS/Argus) system, Testing of Pharmaceutical Quality systems
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for validation and testing of ARIS system. Responsible for Test Planning and Management of the QA activities in coordination with an Offshore team

• Interacted with application team in obtaining requirements and assisted with user acceptance.
• Managed project budgets, risk analysis and mitigation, issue management, root cause analysis, project schedule development and tracking using MS Project.
• Demonstrated excellent Leadership skills on the billing project
• Ability to lead/ facilitate core team or steering meetings to obtain schedule, issues, risk and dependency updates
• PMP certification required or ability to obtain within one year
Preferred

• As a Project Manager involved with development and implementation of full project life cycle for the firm's various operations group
• Strong Experience in Developing Test Plans, build Test Conditions and Test Cases, creating test data, analyzing bugs, interacting with development team members to fix errors and issues
• Proficient in identifying, documenting and analyzing business requirements specifications (BRS), System Design Specifications (SDS) and Software Requirement Specification (SRS).
• Handling Customer communications and Management reporting
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills adept at creating, editing, and coordinating extensive communication networks (facilitation of joint application development (JAD), and resolving issues and conflicts
