Title: Sr. C++ Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: Long Term
Position type: Contract
Pay rate range to candidate: 38-43/hr. W2
Start date: ASAP
Note: Looking for a candidate to assist us with the development and support tasks.
Required Skills
• 8+ years of experience in Software Development
• Advanced level expertise with C++ within the complete software development lifecycle comfortable with code control, build and deployment, testing and support.
• Results oriented with the proven ability to deliver high quality, robust solutions within a small timeframe
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills and comfortable dealing with traders, middle office, operations and risk organizations
• Experience with different version control and configuration management systems such as GIT, SVN or similar
Preferred Skills:
• Prefer experience within Capital Markets and Investment Banking
• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining C#/C++
• Excel Add-ins
• Experience with distributed cache and compute grid products, such as Oracle Coherence and DataSynapse
• Experience with broad array of capital markets products including any of cash, derivatives, equities, foreign exchange, commodities, etc.
• Experience with quantitative modeling, theoretical pricing, Greeks, VaR, Potential Future Exposure and Stress Testing
