Role :: IT Program Manager
Location :: San Francisco, CA
Duration :: 12+ Months

Responsibilities:
• Overall program delivery planning in line with goals & objectives set
• Provide insights to support the strategic direction
• Define program scorecard – identify improvement opportunities
• Program delivery as per organizational process framework
• Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure right recruitment & qualified program staff
• Establish and implement a performance management process for all program staff
• Ensure all staff members receive orientation and appropriate training in accordance with organizational standards
• Guide, Mentor program staff by providing direction, input and feedback
• Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure the effective and efficient program delivery
• Management reporting – MBR, QBR etc.
• Escalation management
• Ensure program operates within the approved budget & timelines
• Provide required information to have invoices generated and submitted
• Program Risk Management
• Program monitoring
Experience/ skills:
• 15+ years of experience with prior experience in SDLC
• Prior experience of managing large programs (in a bank) across distributed geographies
• Ability to work in an agile environment and in agile
• Excellent communication and articulation skills
• Excellence understanding of dependencies and ability to correlate the inter dependencies of different moving parts
• Good understanding of overall architecture
• Good handle on dashboarding and reporting in Jira
• Experienced in all aspects of program management – planning, risk management, stakeholder management (from technology managers to executives), reporting
• Good analytical skills
• Quick thinker and 'thinking on his/her feet' ability.
