Skills and Responsibilities:

Must have skills

1. Extensive Configuration and development experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM

2. Development and configuration of Dynamics CRM Web Resources.

3. Microsoft C# experience

4. Experience Developing Workflows in Dynamics CRM

5. Experience with Dynamics Case Management functionality

6. Experience with Dynamics CRM Queues

7. Experience with Dynamics CRM Server Side Email Sync

8. Experience with Dynamics CRM Email Router.

 

Excellent oral and written communication skills

 

Good to have: onsite-offshore experience etc.

 

Key responsibilities:

Understanding the requirements

Coming up with efficient High Level and Low level design documents

Configuration and development

Coordination with the testing & release teams

Configuration management
