Our top client, located in the (Philadelphia, PA) is currently seeking a (Senior Systems Analyst) resource to join their organization. Subject:  Senior Systems Analyst Consultant
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: 18+ months
Start: ASAP

Job description: Senior Systems Analyst / Banner experience
Work as a member of the clients team to implement Banner Financial Aid.
Design and testing of custom processes as needed to augment functionality of Banner Financial Aid; includes design of database objects, e.g., views and functions.
Design and testing of batch job flows running on Clients Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) using existing standards.

Requirements:
Expertise with business and technical systems analysis and with writing technical programming specifications
Experience with application design
Expertise with Oracle database design and strong SQL development skills
Strong test planning and execution skills
Experience with using an Enterprise Service Bus
Experience using API's and web services for integration and with the design/development of web services
Experience with Banner Student and Financial Aid preferred
