Job Description: Contribute in requirements elicitation, creation of application architecture document and creation of design artifacts; deliver high quality codes, support activities related to implementation and transition; interface with internal team and key stakeholders; analyze and resolve issues to ensure high quality deliverables at each stage of SDLC WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. 

Must Have Skills 
1. CRM Technical

8 years of SAP CRM consulting experience. SAP CRM specialization is in the area of Service, Sales , Marketing , Interaction Center and Loyalty Management.Working experience in requirements gathering, preparing technical documents, Unit Test documents corresponding to Functional Specifications. Worked on the ABAP reportsWEBUI enhancements involving BOL programming. Worked on the Web service Interface programs

Desired years of experience*:  Above 5 years

Education/ Certifications (Required): B tech

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Complete all the assigned tasks
2. co ordinate with offshore team and onsie
